Dispatch Times

I aim to dispatch all orders within three working days of the order being placed. Often, it will be sooner and sometimes, given that it's just me, it might take a little longer. Feel free to contact me if your order is particularly urgent and we I will do all I can to get it to you ASAP.

Customs and duty

Please note that if ordering from outside the UK, your order could be subject to import duties and taxes. As a small business, we cannot cover these costs and they will be your responsibility when the item arrives in your country. ​

SIZING
Guidelines
​
​
When I started adding sweatshirts and other styles of t-shirts, it was really important to me that they all worked to the same size guidelines. I'm very pleased that's the case - so if you've previously ordered a t-shirt in a medium and you're happy with the fit and now want to order a sweatshirt or relaxed style t-shirt, you can stick to a medium.
These sizes are a guideline, I urge you to check the measurements that can be found on each product page before you buy.

SMALL - Guideline UK Size - 8-10 UK
MEDIUM - Guideline UK Size - 12-14 UK
LARGE - Guideline UK Size - 14-16 UK
X LARGE - Guideline Size - 16-18 UK
SIZES XS, XXL and 3XL - Contact me, these sizes can be ordered and sent to you just as quickly! They only aren’t listed with the products because I’m a small business and can’t hold them in stock.

RETURNS
I want you to be happy with your purchase, not only because I love my customers but because I care deeply about the impact that fashion has on the world and I want these clothes to be used, worn and loved.
​If you find you are not happy with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return for a refund or exchange.
Sending the return is at your own cost and the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. You are welcome to exchange your garment for credit to use as you wish (the credit will not include your delivery charge).

In order to qualify for a refund or exchange:

The item(s) need to be returned to us in the original packaging with all labels and tags still intact. The item must be unused and unworn by you and in the very same condition you received it in.
​
The item needs to be received back with us within 14 days from the day it arrives with you to be accepted as a return.
