Each of these offerings, groups, communities adn modalities offer and bring us something different, the one common thread is that they are here for our healing and as with anything that helps us heal, or we find on our healing journey I believe they'll each bring us what we need. they'll work with our own innate wisdom and do what needs to be done. From somatics where you can absolutely stay out of the story

The Circle

41.png

A SPACE TO CULTIVATE SELF-LOVE AND KINDNESS, TO SHARE OUR THOUGHTS, TO EXPLORE AND TEND TO OUR INNER WORLDS.

A SPACE FOR DEEPENING OUR CONNECTION TO OURSELVES, TO EACH OTHER AND OUR BEAUTIFUL EARTH THROUGH RITUALS WITH NATURE. SELF, TO NATURE, TO OUR OWN INNER WORLD.

A rough idea...

Circles differ and flow with us and the seasons, they each bring their own beautiful and unique energy but as an example, this is how a recent one looked:

7pm

Welcome & Circle opening

This generally involves a grounding meditation so that we arrive in the space.

We might have a tea or cacao ceremony, we'll open the ceremony of the circle and we'll each get a chance to share on what's been going on and delve into that a little.

7.30 pm

Shared ritual and exploring theme

Such as a guided meditation on a particular question

A seasonal ritual and sharing

8pm

Meditation followed by some stretching and free movement

8.30pm

Closing

Chats, snacks

Gentle
Guidelines...

We have a few guidlines to protect each other and the integrity of the circle. â€‹

Whilst I have set these after much consideration, I am open to talking to members of the circle about changing them. Please bring any chat to me about them.

  • Everyone in the circle is equal. No one is higher than anyone else.

  • Circle may sometimes feel it but it is not therapy

  • Everything is an invitation so please feel into what feels right and good for you.

  • When others are sharing, do not interrupt or offer platitudes.

  • Please refrain from offering advice or opinions.

  • Please use your discernment, you are responsible for ourselves inside of the circle, please bear this in mind when choose what and to what extent you share

  • This is a space of compassion and understanding, where we hold each other without judgment. Please be open-minded and understand you might hear from others who live very differently to you – no judgement, we are trying to create a container that can hold that – I believe that can be done when we come from love and compassion and drop the judgement.

  • Everything at the circle is confidential and not to be shared outside of the circle.

  • Something about trusting yourself, connecting to your intituaion.

Sometimes I offer tea and cacao and will always clearly explain what is what. I make this myself at my home, it is an offering, a gift that you are welcome to have but as always, there is no expectation. â€‹

Please do your research about the contraindications. (you'll also find them here), before you drink cacao.

In-Person Circles

We gather at Mortimer West-End Village Hall, a beautifully welcoming space where we're welcomed by candlelight and cosy blankets. I love this hall, the circle started here and it has something extra welcoming about it.

There's lots of free parking and the entrance to the hall is at the side of the building.

The venue and its accessibility goes here.

There are always chairs available if you'd prefer or are not able to sit on the floor.
